If you look into the moon reflector you will see what a joke it is. The earth would rotate nearly a mile in the time it takes the reflected beam to get back. They say that they can detect a few photons that have scattered their way to the receiver. They don’t get a beam or see anything, it’s all them pointing at a computer screen that tells them how many photons got back. That can’t be faked?
